ROOFING PROJECT FOR JAMA – HIGHLY INSULATED ROOF WITH FULL INTEGRATION
Takmontage Sverige recently completed a technically demanding roofing project for the industrial facility at Jama. This assignment highlights our ability to combine strict insulation requirements, precise detailing, and fast execution – all within a very short timeframe.

The project involved the installation of two layers of board combined with 200 mm EPS insulation, specifically designed to meet high thermal performance standards. This build-up ensured a low U-value and contributed to excellent energy efficiency year-round.

To ensure durability and complete watertightness, we applied a dual-layer bitumen membrane roof from Trebolit – a robust system selected for its proven performance against harsh weather. The combination of premium materials and expert installation, performed according to manufacturer specifications, guaranteed a secure and lasting result.

One of the key challenges of the project was seamlessly connecting the new roof to the existing structure, while also integrating an internal drainage system with no risk of future leakage. Through careful pre-planning and close collaboration with the site management, our team executed all tasks with maximum precision – without delays or complications.

The full installation was completed efficiently over the course of approximately two weeks. The project was delivered on time, and the client received a complete roofing system – including insulation, waterproofing, drainage, and full roof safety equipment.

We create estimated and project drawings which are detailed and provide our experienced roofers with a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, enabling them to commence work promptly and efficiently.

You will receive a warranty card along with maintenance advice for your new roof, providing you with peace of mind and guidance for future care.
